Denise is born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. An Ambassador of Christ, two year suicide survivor transformed into a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, Lead Coach and CEO of Power of One Practice, LLC and Inspired By God Rescource Center.

Coach Denise holds an undergraduate degree in Child Development with a study focus in psychology and economics. Denise mentors elementary, middle and high school aged girls and also a trained elderly caregiver for Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. She has spent countless hours working in the community on her own and with amazing non-profit organizations.

Coach Denise is committed to restoring YHWH's order in the earth by discussing "unspoken truths" killing our culture by providing self-help tools for individuals who are accountable, honest, and dedicated to personal development. Her focus is deconstructing negative mindset programming and addressing the rooted problem often learned through the individuals family dynamics.

Her passion for helping others stems from her own personal journey of overcoming trauma, personal deficiencies and mindset struggles. As a two year suicide survivor she understands the importance of addressing the root causes of issues in order to truly heal and thrive.

Through her coaching and mentorship, she strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their inner selves and make positive changes.
Denise's approach is grounded in a strong belief in the power of YHWH being the foundation of every individuals lives, mindset, belief systems, and spiritual connection in personal growth and healing. She guides her clients through exercises and techniques that help them tap into their inner strengths and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back.
Denise's ultimate goal is to empower individuals to take control of their lives, break free from limiting beliefs, and create a life worth living with YHWH as the foundation and center.
